How Much of Your Life Do You Spend NOT Taking Action with Women?

I quit going to the gym.

Why? Is it because I’m lazy?

Nope. I’m driven as hell.

Is it because I don’t want to get huge and muscular?

Nope. I’d love to have a killer physique.

It’s for one reason: Time.

Every morning, I get up and I workout for about 20 minutes before breakfast. Sure, if I spent an hour or two at the gym every day, I would get bigger a lot faster.

But I know something about myself.

I know, that if I set myself up to do an hour a day, I won’t do it!

I may be able to keep it up for a week or two or three. But then something will happen.

I’ll get busy with my coaching sessions. Or I’ll get up extra early to finish editing my upcoming book. Or I’ll go on vacation.

And I’ll stop working out.

In the long run, this means I won’t keep it up regularly.

I used to experience a lot of roller-coaster ups and downs in my fitness. For a few weeks or months, I would work out intensely. And then for the next few months–a much longer period of time–I would do nothing.

Over time, the majority of my life was spent NOT working out.

Instead, I realized that I could keep up with 20 minutes of working out every morning before I eat breakfast.

Know how I know? It’s already become a habit. I’ve been doing it for the last six months. I’m in the best shape of my life.

And the time I spend working out doesn’t take up too much of my life when I focus on other things.

The same thing is true when it comes to getting better with women.

You can do some incredible things when you put in a few hours a day trying to interact with women. I love going out for hours at a time. You build up a great momentum. By the end of the day, you’re smooth as butter. You’re doing things you could never do before.

But that isn’t what will build up your confidence the most over time. Doing a little bit consistently over months will.

I reached a point in my life where I realized that the majority of my life was spent thinking about the day when I would get back out there and talk to women.

All the while, I was dreading the overwhelming task in front of me.

So instead, I decided to do something that I knew I could do every single day. I decided I wanted to be fit for life, instead of just fit for a few weeks.

Whether it was simply asking for directions or getting into a deep conversation, I started to do something that I knew I could do keep doing.

My progress was small to begin with. But then eventually, after a few months, things were coming so much easier to me.

True improvement with women can be measured by consistency. It’s not how many women you approach, but how consistently you continue to take initiative with women.

The mind is a muscle. And the only way to build up muscle is with consistency, building up your muscles slowly over time.

How often do you take initiative in your everyday life?

How often do you find yourself looking at a beautiful woman thinking, “I’m soon going to start bettering myself with women,” instead of taking some kind of action?

Before you set out on your journey to get better with women, set yourself up with something you can do every single day, instead of something so difficult that it stresses you out.

Once you have a habit in place, start to build from there.

Instead of trying to improve by leaps and bounds, make it your goal with women to be fit for life.
