I’ve been going out with this girl for over 3 weeks now. She wants to be exclusive and I agreed. Funny enough, she said it as a shit test. “I want an open relationship” after telling me that if I only want one thing (sex), I’m not gonna get it. So I better stop from the start. (Plus multiple other convo’s). So I had to finally tell her, let’s be exclusive.
Either way, yesterday this other girl (don’t know how she looks like), left me a note on my bike saying..
“Hey I saw you this morning and I think you are HOT, call me ‘number’ -name”
This is my first ‘exclusive’ relationship, and I would like to know what happens with this girl. I don’t know what you guys would do in this situation.
But I actually showed her the note, and told her..
“damn, you have some competition. You said you wanted an open relationship right?”
Figured it would spark some jealousy, and create more attraction through pre-selection
Thanks in advance,
Humz
I’m a bit confused as to the sequence of events. She was pushing for exclusivity and so you finally said yes. When and why did she say that she wants an open relationship?
Your move of showing her the note could possibly come across as weak unless it was clear to her that you were totally joking and didn’t give a shit about the note. If you really wanted to tie things up with this girl, you would be better off having her just find the note. Particularly saying, “You have some competition” could come across as trying too hard, unless of course you were clearly joking and clearly did not give a shit.
A lot of how you play this really depends on your relationship with this girl. I still don’t like that she said, “I want an open relationship.” Even saying that as a ploy is not a good sign.
