Last week I met this girl and she said she is a traveling nurse from the Midwest who has been in my town for a year and a half. It was a short interaction and I got her number, but I texted her and I never heard back from her. No big deal.

Five days later I meet a girl who is hotter than the previous girl and I had a much better interaction with her. But while talking to her I learned that she is a traveling nurse from the Midwest who has lived in my town for a year and a half. Well when I learned all that information I immediately got bummed out because surely this girl knows the previous girl I approached. I looked her up on facebook, and what do you know her facebook profile picture is a picture with the previous girl haha.

I haven’t texted this girl yet, but I wonder if they talked about me. It seems like they would have if they work together. Anyway I’m not sure I’ll even text this girl at all because even if I do go out with her eventually her friend will figure out I approached her. I gotta figure that if I was rejected by the first girl then the second girl would also reject me if she knew her friend did.

The fact that you talked to both girls does not put you in a bad light. They will probably just see it as a funny coincidence.

If they do talk and girl #2 mentions it to you, you can always joke it off that the first girl hit on you and made you uncomfortable and you only gave her your number because you felt bad for her, even though both of you know it’s just a joke.

You really have nothing to lose by texting girl #2 and getting her out on a date. If for some reason she is turned off, you just won’t hear back from her. Nothing lost.
