Last time I spoke with this girl (we’ll call her “Jane”) was on Monday, when our mutual friends hung out together at a local coffeehouse during open mic night. Jane and I had a couple of convos going, we were basically catching up since she was out of town for a week. We kept talking and could have kept on, but the show was starting so we had to shut up. Show was over and we didn’t really say “goodbye”, but whatever.
There’s an art gallery reception opening next Saturday and I think that’d be the best place for a “date/meetup”. It’s a week away, and I don’t want her to think I lost interest. I was thinking of texting her until we meetup, but what to text her? I know my texts should be flirty and witty, but I’m coming up blank. I was watching the San Francisco 49ers vs St Louis Rams game last night, where they lost 35-11 and Jane is from St Louis. Any ideas on how to use that game as a ping? Or whatever? Thanks.
