Wherever it may be, every time I’m around a woman I fancy, I get anxious and feel self conscious. I struggle to act normal and not feel conscious she is there.
Is it normal?
I can’t seem to be myself. Once the ice is broken however, I’m usually pretty good with women and relaxed but the breaking of the ice seems to be the hardest thing in the world to me.
This is totally normal. You act inhibited around women. Your body tenses up. It’s not a logical choice, but rather an involuntary reaction in your body, similar to pull your hand away from a hot stove.
How do I correct this, it’s not helpful? lol!
What can I do about it?
Get Eric’s book and go out and practice
Read the blog posts here and also the forum – lots of helpful stories there.
Then perhaps consider posting some of your questions / situations on the forum
Good luck !
