You can let her choose the venue if she really wants to. I would avoid meeting her friends if possible. But really, a second date is one of those things that’s a bit up in the air. It’s not like a first date. And it’s not super important that you get to hook up with her on the second date. So if she has something in mind, I’d go with it. Then start the third date at your place.
