If you’ve been communicating all along, I would just ask her out. But don’t ask, tell. Tell her exactly where to go and what time. “this wednesday at 9pm i’m going to be getting out of a dinner with some friends up by east main street. i think i’m going to check out that bar, feathers. supposed to have good margaritas. you should tag along” Let her tell you that she’s busy and needs to do it another day, or next week or whatever. It’s a good test of whether she’s still interested. If she is still interested but busy that night, she’s not going to just say no. She’ll suggest an alternative.
