Reply To: What is Your Usual Day Game Opener?
Typically I’ll open with deep thoughts.
“You look like you’re thinking deep, deep thoughts.”
She responds, typically with a laugh.
Me: “I recently read that the average person spends 14% of their life thinking about things they’ll never do.”
She responds.
Me: “It’s probably higher for me, like 80%. Cuz I’m a dreamer.”
She responds.
Me: “What do you dream about? Singing? Dancing? Reading? Writing?”
If she’s buried in her phone or I’m warming up, I’ll typically open with zoo in central park:
“Hey, do you know if there’s a zoo in central park?”
“Is it a big one? Cuz I have friends coming into town and I’m thinking about taking them there.”
“Do they have penguins? Cuz I’m in the mood for penguins. Ever get that way? Like I REALLY gotta see some penguins!”
