I agree man – how much fun is it going to be when you have to beg the girl to go out with you? Personally I have never done that just because I know it would hurt my pride too much.

As I touched on earlier, the detailed excuse could actually be a good sign. Sometimes when people give you more details than necessary, they’re trying to show you that they aren’t bullshitting you – i.e she really was busy and not just fobbing you off.
